  20. Brian Bailey joins the REI team! Help us welcome Brian Bailey, the newest member of our environmental team. Brian joins REI Engineering as an Environmental Scientist. He has experience with contamination studies, solid waste studies and compliance, and Phase I ESAs. Mr. Bailey earned his B.S. in water resources at UWSP where he was also a member of the Pointers football team. Read Article
